By accessing or using this website (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

02What This Site Is

The Site is a public informational website for BASE — Bittensor Subnet 100. It primarily displays publicly available or published data about the subnet: challenges and arenas, leaderboards, metrics, validators, governance summaries, and related documentation links.

The Site does not create user accounts, offer login, or provide personal account management. Participation in the subnet (mining, validating, or registering hotkeys) happens on the Bittensor network and through tools and documentation outside this Site, not through an account on this website.

03No Accounts

You do not need an account to browse the Site. We do not operate signup, passwords, or profile settings here. Any on-chain identities, hotkeys, or wallets you use elsewhere remain your responsibility; we never ask for seed phrases or private keys on this Site.

04Data Accuracy & Availability

Leaderboards, scores, metrics, emission figures, and similar content are provided for information only. They may be delayed, incomplete, estimated, or wrong. The Site may change, pause, or go offline without notice. Nothing on the Site is financial, investment, or mining advice, and nothing guarantees emissions, token value, or performance outcomes.

05Third-Party Links & Services

The Site links to third-party resources — including docs.joinbase.ai, GitHub, Discord, X, taostats, and other Bittensor-related sites. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or policies.

06Acceptable Use

You may use the Site for lawful, personal, or ordinary business viewing of public information. You must not attempt to disrupt or overload the Site, scrape it in a way that harms availability, reverse-engineer access controls that may be added later, inject malware, or use the Site to misrepresent BASE, Subnet 100, or any person’s results.

07Intellectual Property

Site design, branding, copy, and original graphics are owned by Base Intelligence Co. or its licensors. “BASE”, related marks, and the project tagline may be trademarks or trade dress of Base Intelligence Co. You may not copy the Site’s branding or substantial original content for commercial use without permission.

Third-party names, benchmarks, and open-source projects mentioned on the Site remain the property of their respective owners and are referenced for identification only. Public chain data and protocol facts are not our exclusive property.

THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that displayed data is accurate, current, or complete.

09Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BASE INTELLIGENCE CO. AND ITS CONTRIBUTORS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST EMISSIONS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION — ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR RELIANCE ON ITS CONTENT. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SITE IS CAPPED AT USD 100.

10Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Site after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms.

11Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are resolved first through good-faith negotiation for 30 days, then by binding arbitration in Dover, Delaware — unless you are a consumer who cannot legally waive local courts, in which case your mandatory venue applies.
