Privacy Policy

01Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how Base Intelligence Co. (“BASE”, “we”, “us”) handles information when you visit the public BASE website for Bittensor Subnet 100 (the “Site”). The Site is informational: it displays leaderboards, metrics, challenges, and related public data. It does not offer user accounts or login.

02No Accounts

We do not create personal accounts on this Site. There is no signup, profile, or account-deletion flow here because there is no account to manage. On-chain identities and activity on Bittensor are public by protocol design and are not controlled by this Privacy Policy.

03What We May Collect

Like most websites, our hosting and server infrastructure may process standard technical data when you load pages — for example IP address, user agent, request path, referrer, and timestamps in access or error logs. We use that data to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the Site.

The Site does not run third-party advertising or analytics pixels. UI choices such as a τ/USD display toggle are kept in the browser session only and are not stored by us as a profile.

04Cookies & Local Storage

We do not use cookies or local storage for accounts, advertising, or cross-site tracking on this Site. If a hosting or CDN layer sets a strictly necessary technical cookie, it is only to deliver the Site safely and reliably.

05Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Technical logs may be processed by infrastructure providers that host or deliver the Site, solely to provide that infrastructure. Public information shown on the Site (for example leaderboard rows drawn from public or published subnet data) is not private personal account data.

06Retention

Server and error logs are kept only as long as needed for security and operations, then deleted or aggregated. We do not retain account profiles because the Site has none.

07Third-Party Sites

Links to docs.joinbase.ai, GitHub, Discord, X, taostats, and other external sites are outside this Policy. Their operators decide what they collect when you leave the Site.

08Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to ask what personal data we hold about you from Site logs, or to ask for correction or deletion where applicable. Because there are no accounts, most requests will concern server logs only. Contact privacy@joinbase.ai. We will respond within a reasonable time.

09Changes & Contact
